Thanks to a holistic and fully plant-based lifestyle I was able to heal chronic conditions such as knee arthritis, migraines, chronic sinusitis, adrenal fatigue, and a severely compromised immune system. As a result, I have been completely medicine-free for over a decade now and I continue thriving on plants.
